4. Payments & Refund Policy

Successful transactions cannot be cancelled. Refunds for failed or pending transactions will be processed according to the policies of the respective operator, bank or payment gateway.

6. Limitation of Liability

OjasPay shall not be liable for losses caused by banking server issues, operator downtime, internet failures, technical interruptions or incorrect information submitted by users.
